Depending on the country and if you are ordering as a company, different payment methods are available for you. These are Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and bank transfer. Some countries are restricted to certain payment methods. This is shown on the checkout page. 

You can change the deliver adres for your order until we’ve created a shipping label, this is usually 4 hours after the initial order. 

You can only change the delivery address when through the same email address you’ve ordered with.

You can cancel your order free of charge until a shipping label is created. Cancelling an order after we’ve created a shipping label are due to a 10% restocking fee. 

You can check the status of your order through your account. Here you can login an see the exact stage in which your order is in. 

When your order moves through the system you will also be notified by email. The tracking will be available in your account and send via email.

Yes of course you can! All of our products have a 30 days return policy, no questions asked. 

The only rules are
– Returned orders need to be in the original packaging.
– They cannot be used.
– You are responsible for shipping your item back. 
– You get store credit or a full refund. 

During checkout you can add coupons. You do this by selecting the button ‘add coupon’ and fill in the coupon details. 

You are not able to combine sales and coupons. 

Of course we are a real company, how other can we be selling electric vehicles since 2015? 

To keep prices low we do not offer phone support, just by live chat, social media and email. And don’t worry about waiting, there are no waiting lines, we can help you directly. 

We take a lot of care in packing and shipping your package, that’s why we only use premium shipping agents. This can however mean that your package will be a bit later. But that means that it took a route where the courier did not had to cram your package in a small van. 

We have multiple warehouses all over Europe. This means we can ship to every EU country within a couple days. This can also mean that the same product to the same address can take longer from another warehouse.
